At 74 W Railroad Ave in Jamesburg, Lodge 2180 has been a gathering point for neighbors long before the phrase "community center" became a marketing buzzword. Walk through the door and you'll find members who will stop what they're doing, show you around, and invite you to pull up a chair. That's not a policy. That's just how this place runs.

The Lodge draws a loyal crowd for its weekly dinner specials, including crowd-favorite fried fish nights and all-you-can-eat buffets with desserts that reviewers describe as "out of this world." Prices stay honest, drinks stay cold, and the room stays lively. With a 4.7-star rating across nearly 100 reviews, the satisfaction here isn't accidental.

Beyond the dining room, Elks Lodge 2180 is an active chapter of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks, one of America's oldest fraternal organizations. Members support veterans, fund youth scholarships, and serve the Jamesburg community year-round. The camaraderie is real, the mission is serious, and the bar is open.

What We Offer

The Lodge runs a rotating calendar of weekly dinner specials that keep regulars coming back and give first-timers a reason to return. Fried fish, fried shrimp, and hearty buffet spreads headline the lineup, all served at prices that make the nearby chain restaurants look overpriced.

Charity events, raffles, and fundraisers fill the event calendar throughout the year. These evenings combine good food, good company, and a direct contribution to local causes including veterans' programs and youth initiatives. Private event rentals are also available for members hosting gatherings.

Membership in BPOE Lodge 2180 opens the door to a national network of Elks chapters, access to member-only pricing at the bar and dining room, and the chance to participate in community service that makes a measurable difference in Middlesex County.

"Good value for dinners. Specials each week. Only problem was French fries were tepid when served with fried fish and coating on fried shrimp needed egg was and coating because the coating fell off even before eating. Tasty, good size shrimp, but eye appealing wasn't there."

"I went here with friends who live in area for a raffle that included food which was absolutely delicious. This was a buffet all you can eat with dessert that was out of this world. I found the place very good, nice people, good service and would go again if opportunity allowed."

"The lodge has a friendly atmosphere and a very helpful staff. I rented the room for my sister's bridal shower and it was perfect. I used a local caterer Nicolo's for the food and Mendokers for the cake and cookies. Would definitely recommend all of them!"

The Elks gave America
Flag Day.

Long before it was a national observance, the Order set aside June 14th to honor the flag. Patriotism has always been one of our cardinal principles, and every lodge meeting still closes the same way it has for over a century.
